LEINÖL HAARE - EWALD HAIR CARE

LINEN OIL HAIR

Who doesn't know it - dry, dull hair and there are also split ends at the ends? This is also exacerbated by dry heating air, extreme cold or heat. If you don't protect your hair here, you will have to expect hair loss or hair breakage in the worst case scenario. But fortunately, nature has some remedies for us with which we can care for and repair our hair. One of them is linseed oil. You will read in the following article why this is so good for our hair and how to use it.

Linseed oil is an all-round talent because it is not only an excellent cooking oil that is well used in the kitchen - for example for salad dressings, but can also be used as a rich care product for our stressed hair.

The oil is obtained from linseed. The little “miracle oil” is cold-pressed during production but is not refined.

LINEN OIL AS CARE FOR HAIR AND SCALP

When it comes to the effect on the hair, it can be said that linseed oil nourishes damaged hair and helps to regenerate damaged hair structure. It can also be used on both weak and bushy or frizzy hair, strengthening the former and smoothing the latter. Products such as special hair masks, conditioners or shampoos that contain linseed oil are the product of choice here. Linseed oil has a high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids and therefore provides moisture. The result of linseed oil: shiny, healthy hair with special elasticity.

In addition to your hair, you can also easily care for your scalp with linseed oil. The oil is particularly mild and is therefore particularly suitable for sensitive scalps. The oil nourishes this by relieving and healing irritations and providing moisture.

So it's no wonder that linseed oil is popular, because the high-quality vegetable oil provides the scalp and stressed hair with nutrients and the necessary care.

HOW LISEN OIL CAN BE USED FOR HAIR CARE

In order for the linseed oil to develop its full effect, the hair should be massaged with it at least twice a week. A small amount is enough here. The hair is then combed through again vigorously and tied into a braid or bun. The oil should then be left on overnight and rinsed out in the morning. Since grease stains are very difficult to remove, care must be taken not to stain clothing. It makes sense to wear an old shirt or sweater.

Alternatively, you can use a rich hair mask with linseed oil, for example. These are particularly suitable because the hair not only feels velvety-soft afterwards, but is also repaired.

PROMOTE HAIR GROWTH WITH LISEN OIL

Even if you suffer from hair loss, you don't have to rely on special chemical products or even risky hair transplants. Because linseed oil or products that contain linseed oil can help here by promoting hair growth. Linseed oil contains valuable ingredients such as vitamin E, which stimulates the hair roots to be productive and thus helps promote the growth of new hair.

Linseed oil also contains so-called linoleic acid, which is said to have a special effect. This prevents the conversion of testosterone into dihydrotestosterone, which can be seen as one of the main triggers for hair loss in men.

In addition to products that contain linseed oil, the oil can also be used pure. To do this, rub some linseed oil into your hands and massage it thoroughly into your scalp. The massage is also beneficial because it ensures good blood circulation in the scalp and thus strengthens the hair roots. After an exposure time of around 30 minutes, this is rinsed out again. You should definitely use shampoo here, as the oil is not water-soluble and therefore shampoo should be used.

CONCLUSION

Linseed oil is a perfect miracle weapon to care for dry, brittle hair and provide it with the necessary nutrients. Whether pure or in high-quality hair products: linseed oil is a real all-round talent that we should definitely integrate into our hair care.
